Take a Break

Breaks are scientifically proven to aide in mental and physical health. Whether it is a small break from doing a task or a larger week-long break from school, breaks are essential as humans.

It has been shown that Spring break can be highly beneficial to students’ and teachers’ mental health because this week of vacation allows for a much-needed mental decompression from demanding school-related stressors (homework, social encounters, deadlines, schedules, grades, etc.).

Not only has Spring break proven to be fantastic for the mental health state, but it is undoubtedly beneficial for an individual’s physical health, as well. When our mental state is in a positive and more balanced state, then the physical body also gains all of the incredible rewards. Not to mention, Spring break is the perfect time to enjoy the weather that is warming up and to reap all of the various health benefits that come from spending time in the fresh air and sunshine.

Our team at ClassOrbit hopes you take a break - whether it is a break from doing a task at work by walking outside for five minutes, going to the park during spring break, or doing a preferred activity…

We hope your break brings you increased well-being and creativity, restores your focus and attention, reduces your stress level, improves your productivity and memory, and enhances your overall job and life satisfaction.
