Next Level 'Spot Hunting' With the Dern Brothers

Next Level 'Spot Hunting' With the Dern Brothers

The Dern Brothers continue to seek and enjoy.

This week, we find Destin and Dalton trekking one of southern California's most sought after hiking destinations-Potato Chip Rock-to reminisce of Dalton's sketchy kickflip while taking in the sunset.

As always, these wild brothers skate everything they see along the way, stoking out all the hikers that cross their path.

"Potato Chip Rock" is located in San Diego. A famous landmark atop Mount Woodson, the hike is a proper uphill battle but absolutely worth the trek. Known for its slender, precarious appearance (literally looks like a chip), the spot lures everyone from hikers seeking Instagram-worthy photo ops to skateboarders looking to, well...skate it!

It's a challenge, but it'd a must-visit spot for adventurers and photographers alike. I'm not going to suggest trying to get a trick on it yourself, but hey, to each their own. Don't let the scenic views fool you, though-just standing on it will make the hair on your arms rise.

Dalton's kickflip is actually pretty monumental.

The Dern Brothers are constantly keeping the fire lit and nailed it again with this Spot Hunters mission-what will they think of next? We'll just have to wait and see.
